Michigan Outlaws is the University of Michigan Law School's LGBTQi(&allies) student association. As of today, we have over fifty active members and hundreds of alumni throughout the world. Our goals are simply to create a welcoming environment for LGBTQi students and to provide a forum for exploration and education in queer legal issues.

Congrats to Our New Board Members!

Three positions were up for re-election this semester, and after a tie and a runoff, Outlaws is pleased to announce its new board members. Claire, moving up from her position as 1L Rep, will take over for Jordan as Co-Chair. Jordan did a great job this year, but will be leaving us next semester to study abroad. Tom will be taking over for Andrew as Campus Liaison. Andrew has been a great Liaison for the past two years, and he will be graduating in a few weeks. Bob will continue for another year as secretary.

We run on the small budget we get from the law school as a student group, and every year there are tons of things we'd like to do but can't because of limited funds. If you can help, we'd appreciate it so much.
